	WHAT ARE RESTRICTED DONATIONS? more MPVA PTO Restricted Donations Thank you for your interest in supporting MPVA PTO Restricted donations are financial contributions with specific purposes designated by the donor. Donors designate how their funds are to be used. However, these designations must align with the mission of MPVA PTO, as well as be in compliance with UIL rules and state or federal regulations. Designated Giving Plans can be created to provide continuous support for donor designated programs year after year. Restricted donations shall be allocated to cover expenses as designated by the donor. Any surplus funds shall transfer to the MPVA PTO general fund at the end of the academic year.		$
