Corporate Sponsors

Our Corporate Campaign is an important part of our overall PTO fundraising program. By partnering with businesses in our community, we raise funds for teacher, student, classroom and technology support, curriculum enrichment, staff appreciation, and facility enhancements.

We invite you to become our corporate partner and enrich the educational experience of each child by making a tax-deductible donation to the MPVA PTO.

If you do not wish to pay with debit or credit card and prefer to donate with cash or check, please reach out directly to our Treasurer at treasurer@mpvapto.com

A Restricted Allocation is a contribution given with specific instructions or limitations on how the funds should be used.

Examples of restricted allocations include class trip funds or teacher appreciation events (either all events or a specific one), financing for a software program, or allocation toward general technology use.

Only donors can limit allocations; however,  MPVA PTO shall only accept restricted donations that comply with legal and regulatory requirements regarding the use of those funds. University Interscholastic League (UIL) regulations may severely limit certain allocations with catastrophic student consequences for  noncompliance Penalties for violations can be found here: https://www.uiltexas.org/policy/constitution/general

While restricted allocations  can be beneficial in supporting specific causes or projects, they also come with serious potential pitfalls: limited flexibility in fund allocation, increased administrative burdens, potential funding gaps for essential operations, legal compliance requirements, mismatched donor expectations, and challenges in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

If you are contemplating a restricted allocation, contact the MPVA PTO Treasurer at treasurer@mpvapto.com to discuss the optimal approach for establishing such a contribution.
