MPVA PTO Before/After Care Program (ACP) 2025-2026 At A Glance

MPVA PTO ACP is dedicated to offering a secure and inclusive environment for students during the hours preceding and following every school day.  The purpose of ACP encompasses both addressing community needs and maintaining a sustainable funding source to continue MPVA PTO's mission of supporting MPVA educators, staff and all students at MPVA. This initiative is managed exclusively by MPVA PTO volunteers and operates independently from Meyerland PVA Middle School and HISD.  Please direct questions to aftercare@mpvapto.com. 

Hours of Operation and Fee Schedule 2025 - 2026

Hours/Days of Operation

Before School Care: 7:00 am – 8:30 am (Morning Bell)

After School Care: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm 

Fee Schedule

Registration Fee: $75 one time payment

Morning/Afternoon Care: $180 monthly

Late Pickup Fee: $5 per minute (after 5 minute grace period)

Late Payment Fee: $15 one time payment

Dates of Operation

Before school and after school care is offered every school day per the HISD Academic Calendar.  Care is not offered on weekends, school holidays or during emergency closures (including weather-related closings).

Accepted Methods of Payment:

1. Registration, Monthly Payments, and Late Fees may be made by credit/debit card here: ACP Payments

2. Monthly Payments only may be made by Zelle to treasurer@mpvapto.com -- Please include 'Student Name ACP Month Payment' in memo section for proper credit to account.  

 NO CASH or CHECKS ACCEPTED

*Please note that student enrollment does not roll over automatically from previous years.  All students must complete the 2025 -- 2026 enrollment packet.  Any unpaid balances must be resolved before student will be admitted for participation in the 2025 -- 2026 school year ACP.
