What lunch does your student have on Grey Days?

From Friday, February 27th through Friday, March 6th, MPVA PTO will host a one-week, school-wide fundraiser: the Greyhound Grade Pie Race, with a goal of raising $20,000 for new technology at MPVA. The event is designed to be fun, student-driven, and an intense focus for one week!

What’s the Big Idea?

Each grade level will compete to raise the most money through grade specific donation links on the PTO site. Donors can credit their contribution to a specific student through a dropdown menu. There is no limit to the amount of times someone can donate and credit a particular student. There is also no minimum donation. Each morning we will announce which grade is in the lead and have leaderboards placed around the school.  The race closes at 9:00 PM on Thursday, March 5th. Once we have a winning grade, we will do a lottery from the student names listed in the donations. Our goal is select 15 students from the winning grade level - Five who have A lunch, B lunch, and C lunch on Friday, March 6th. These randomly selected students will represent their class as official “pie throwers.”
